"Delivery was actually right on time"
I ordered from revelrysupply.com not totally expecting the delivery estimate to be that accurate, but to be fair, it showed up on the exact day they said it would. There weren’t any weird gaps in tracking or surprise delays, which was kind of refreshing.

The box did have a small dent, so I was a little unsure at first, but everything inside was fine. Overall it was a good experience, though I wouldn’t say it was flawless enough for a full 5 stars

I don’t know, something about the designs just felt off to me right away. They looked a bit cheap, and the overall style gave me a dated feel. Maybe it works for someone else, but my gut reaction was that it really wasn’t my style.

I was a little disappointed with the storage space. It just feels smaller inside than I expected, and I found myself wishing there was more room.

"Helped at first, but the odor came back"
I tried it because I was mainly hoping to get rid of the smell, and at first it did seem to help a bit. After using it, the odor was less noticeable for a short time, so I thought it might be working. But quickly, the smell came back, which was disappointing. Based on my experience, it might offer a temporary fix, but it didn’t really solve the problem for me.

"Fell apart way too fast"
I bought this from Revelry Supply thinking it would hold up for a while, but for some reason the stitching started coming loose after just a couple weeks. I wasn’t even rough with it or using it in any crazy way, so that was frustrating.
For the price, I expected a lot better. The zippers feel kind of cheap, and the material already looks worn out. Really disappointed with it and I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

"I bought this thinking it would finally help..."
I bought this thinking it would finally help me keep my stuff organized, but whoever designed these compartments didn’t seem to think through how people actually use them. The sizes are awkward, nothing fits where I expected it to, and my things still end up getting mixed together. It’s more frustrating than helpful. For what I paid, I really expected a smarter layout. Disappointed.

"The ordering process was a little frustrating"
As someone who shops online often, I expected checkout to be quick and easy, but it froze on me twice. I did eventually get my order through, but the confirmation email showed up later than I expected, which was a bit annoying.

"Frustrating return and warranty hassle"
Look, I get that returns and warranty claims aren’t always instant, but this was ridiculous. I wasn’t trying to be difficult or get something for free, I just wanted the issue handled fairly. Instead, I kept getting passed around and made to feel like I was the problem. The whole process was way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Not really up to what I look for"
I ordered a shirt the print looked nice when it arrived. But I’m a bit picky about how clothes feel and hold up, and the fabric just felt cheaper than I expected. After one wash, it started feeling kind of weird too. It’s not terrible, but for the price, it didn’t really meet my standard.
